MPH, RDN, CD | Genomic Specialist
After 10 years as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve come to believe nutrition should be personalized to each individual for optimal results. I’m passionate about using food as medicine to help my clients prevent and alleviate chronic disease.
I’ve spent the last 4 years in private practice specializing in Nutritional Genomics and functional testing — helping clients understand how their genes impact their health and nutrition needs. I work with people looking to optimize their health, address underlying deficiencies, and find real answers to persistent symptoms.
I hold a BA in Business and Economics from UCLA and a Master's in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Washington. I've completed advanced coursework in functional nutrition with the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and several courses in nutrigenomics and culinary genomics.
