Hormone Restore

Understand your hormones. Address the root cause.

Get clarity on cycle issues, PMS and PMDD, perimenopause, mood changes, sleep disruption, and fatigue. Using DUTCH testing and evidence-based nutrition protocols, we find out what is actually going on and build a plan to fix it.

Do any of these sound familiar?

Irregular or painful periods

Cycles that are unpredictable, heavy, or accompanied by cramping that disrupts your daily life.

PMS / PMDD mood swings

Anxiety, irritability, or emotional overwhelm that intensifies in the days before your period.

Perimenopause symptoms

Hot flashes, night sweats, and hormonal shifts that come with the transition years.

Sleep disruption

Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up feeling unrefreshed despite adequate rest.

Persistent fatigue

A deep tiredness that coffee cannot fix, where your energy crashes no matter what you try.

Skin and hair changes

Hormonal acne, thinning hair, or dryness that signals something deeper is going on internally.

These are not random — they are signals. Your hormones are trying to tell you something.

Why This Happens

1

Hormones orchestrate everything

Estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, DHEA, and their metabolites work as a system. When one is off, the downstream effects show up as the symptoms you are experiencing. It is rarely about a single hormone being "too high" or "too low."

2

Conventional approaches often miss the full picture

Standard blood tests provide a single snapshot that can miss daily fluctuations and metabolite pathways. Without seeing how your body processes and clears hormones, you are only getting part of the story.

3

Root-cause testing reveals what is actually going on

The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) measures your full hormone panel, cortisol rhythm, and metabolite pathways. Combined with targeted nutrition and supplementation, we address the cause instead of masking symptoms.

MPH, RDN, CD | Genomic Specialist

After 10 years as a Registered Dietitian, I've come to believe nutrition should be personalized to each individual for optimal results. I'm passionate about using food as medicine to help my clients prevent and alleviate chronic disease.

I've spent the last 4 years in private practice specializing in Nutritional Genomics and functional testing — helping clients understand how their genes impact their health and nutrition needs. I work with women looking to optimize their health, address underlying deficiencies or metabolic inefficiencies, and find real answers to persistent symptoms.

I hold a BA in Business and Economics from UCLA and a Master's in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Washington, where I also completed my dietetic internship. I've completed advanced coursework in functional nutrition with the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and several courses in nutrigenomics and culinary genomics.

Frequently Asked Questions

DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. It is an at-home test where you collect small urine samples on filter paper over a 24-hour period. It measures your full sex hormone panel (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), their metabolites, your cortisol rhythm throughout the day, DHEA, melatonin, and key organic acids. It gives a far more detailed picture than standard blood work.
Most conventional hormone testing involves a single blood draw, which captures one moment in time. It also does not show how your body metabolizes hormones, which is often where the problem lies. The root-cause approach here looks at the full picture including metabolite pathways, cortisol patterns, and nutritional factors, then builds a personalized protocol instead of defaulting to a one-size-fits-all solution.
No. You can begin with the free Restore Essentials resources to learn about your hormones, track your symptoms, and understand your cycle. Many people start there and move to testing when they are ready for deeper answers. There is no pressure to jump to testing right away.
Most clients begin to notice improvements in energy, mood, and sleep within 4 to 6 weeks of following their protocol. Hormonal changes typically take 2 to 3 full cycles (about 2 to 3 months) to show meaningful, lasting shifts. The Restore Complete program is designed around this timeline so we can track progress and adjust as needed.
Yes. Nadia works alongside your existing medical team and will never suggest stopping prescribed medications. The nutrition and supplement protocols are designed to complement your current care, and any recommendations will account for medications you are taking.
